H Frames consists of rigidly welded frames of maximum three vertical and two or more horizontal elements. The frames are connected by scissor cross braces through pins with spring clips or gravity locks that are welded on frames.

By utilizing one size or a combination of varying sizes of H Frames, towers or an array can be erected to the exact height required for the job. These frames can also be erected on varying ground levels like staircases, etc.

Using cross braces and selection of the locating pins on the frames, platform span up to 8' (2400 mm) can be achieved. This rigid sway free structure has no loose fittings and no tools are required for erection.It can be quickly and easily erected even by unskilled labour without any supervision of a structural engineer.

We manufacture wall & floor forms in standard sizes but these are largely tailor-made according to the client's specifications & requirements. These are manufactured with emphasis on precision & squareness and give excellent concrete finish and cuts cost & time involved.

Wall Forms:
The standard wall form system of steel shuttering comprises of steel panels manufactured out of 2.5 mm (12 swg.) thick skin plate and 45 x 45 x 5 mm punched angles that are jig assembled to ensure complete inter-changeability. It offers maximum economy due to infinite reusability and is therefore universally used to cast RCC columns,beams, walls, culverts, docks and precast units.

Internal Corner Wall Forms are formed by means of standard 150 x 150 mm, 225 x 225 mm or 300 x 300 mm wide 90° internal corner wall forms, which are supplied in 1250, or 2500 mm lengths. Used in conjunction with standard 300 mm, 450 mm and 600 mm wide wall forms. Other width and length dimensions for can be tailor-made according to the requirements of the job.

Splayed Internal and External Corner Wall Forms are tailor-made to obtain angles other than 90°. Further, we also execute orders for odd dimensioned closures, step-up and filler Make-up Wall forms.

Floor Forms commonly known as Centering Plates, are manufactured out of 2mm (14 swg.) sheets with pressed flanges and stiffeners that maintain edges even after considerable number of uses. The corners are reinforced to further extend the life of the forms.

Standard Floor Forms are made in 600 mm widths and 1150 and 900 mm lengths. They can also be manufactured in thickness of 2.5 mm (12 swg.) and 10 mm (10 swg.) for use in bridges and industrial building constructions.

Adjuster Forms or Fillers fill up odd shapes and sizes created on the fringes. These are available in 1150 x 300 and 900 x 300 mm sizes.

A threaded external tube in combination with an internal tube with intermediate holes gives the desirable extended size within the maximum and minimum extended range of the prop. Its a self- cleaning stub on the collar nut, when rotated. automatically cleans the threads of dirt, cement and other foreign substances that hamper quick and easy adjustment. Simple insertion of a rod in the holed boss on the collar nut facilitates turning of the collar nut in confined spaces.

Compatible holes on base plates and head plates of 150 x 150 mm help double staging when required. Beam head version comprising of 300 x 100 mm head plate is also available for wider support. Stir-up Heads snugly fit into either plates without any additional fastening

These are the most advanced telescopic centering systems that basically used to support floor forms while laying slabs. This versatile system can easily be used and erected by unskilled labour. It virtually eliminates vertical propping and permits free space beneath the spans.

On having decided the combination of lattice members best suited to give the required span and the size of the floor form, the lattice members are telescoped to achieve the required span and locked into position by means of the 'I' bolts provided at ends of the outer lattice member.
